The ideal applicant will not be afraid to take on additional responsibilities to promote their growth in the role. Applicants must have at least 3 years experience in Automotive Accounting. Experience with CDK is a plus. Duties to include deal posting, deal auditing, etc.

Responsibilities include:

• • Post & cost deals accurately and timely
  • Submit for and post rebates
  • Verify all required deal documents are included in deal
  • Finance reserve, reconciliation & chargebacks (will train if need be)
  • Update and monitor CIT list and vehicle receivables
  • Review and correct schedules (will train if need be)
  • Post factory invoices and used car purchases
  • Process dealer exchange paperwork (will train if need be)
  • Assist with Month-End Closing Activities
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
